Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself, in the app or on the web. It takes a minute and it is final.
Three taps
- 01 Open Profile in the app, or founderfeast.com/app/profile on the web.
- 02 Choose Delete account, at the bottom of the screen.
- 03 Confirm twice. The second confirmation is the one that counts.
What is removed
Your sign-in, your profile, your notification tokens and your seat at any upcoming dinner. An active web subscription is cancelled immediately, with no further charge.
What is kept
Past dinners and audit records stay in our books under an anonymous id only, so a table that happened still adds up. Nothing that identifies you remains attached to them.
Subscriptions bought in the app
A membership bought in the iPhone app is billed by Apple, and one bought on Android by Google. Deleting your account does not reach those, so cancel the subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions as well.
If you cannot sign in
Email hello@founderfeast.com from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We confirm within seven business days. Other questions are answered on the help page.
