1. Spaces Gastown (still the default)

Hot desk: $450/mo. Dedicated: $650/mo. Private office: from $1,200/mo.

Spaces on Water Street remains the highest network density in the city. Dooly, Klue alumni, Later folks, a rotating cast of YC-adjacent founders. Meeting rooms are bookable same-day 80% of the time. The kitchen is where deals happen. Coffee is fine, not great.

If you live in Kits or on the West Side and refuse to commute downtown, The Cove is your answer. If you're a solo founder who needs a real door, quiet, and a downtown address for investor meetings, Harbour Centre offers small executive suites at prices that undercut WeWork private offices. Zero community. Full privacy. Sometimes that's the trade you want.

Where founders actually meet each other
